Shipping/Tracking/Returns

SHIPPING

Purchases will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.  Standard ground shipping rates are given. Purchases shipped to the USA usually take 3-7 business days.  International orders generally take longer.  A tracking number is given for all orders.  If you need Express, another method of shipping, or insurance over $100, please contact george@nopaulagies.com.  We ship through FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, US Mail.  If you are not available at the time of drop off, a note will be left at your door with the next delivery attempt date or details of the closest pick up location.  We ship within USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, India, and Europe. Additional countries coming soon!  We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

TRACKING

Once a purchase has been made, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.  Another containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped and is en route to your door.  Your tracking number is also available in your account.

RETURNS

We happily refund full-priced items within 15 days from the date your order was processed.  All marked down items are a final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit.  All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the original hangtags.  Upon receipt of returned goods, NOPAULAGIES reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
